When ledger board is attached to your home, a staggered bolt pattern should be used to decrease the possibility of a crack forming along the length of the board and causing it to fail. Determine the outside dimensions of the framing for the deck and add ½" to 1" to that length. This will give you a ¼" to ½" of extra room to maneuver the ledger if needed. I have Simpson 5/8 bolts that will go into an epoxy screen, so I'm wondering what the best bolt pattern would be.
